This can't be real. How does it work?

You simply come out to one of our luxury destinations for 1 year. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked for you by our chef 6 days a week. (There's always a decent pizzaria up the road for Sundays). All for 899€ per month per person sharing.

And what about the bills? Heating and electrics?

Everything is included in the price. Everything. Food, heat, cleaning, laundry and WiFi. Anything that you would pay for at home, we pay for here.

Are you close to the airport?

We're near 3 major airports in the north of Italy, Bergamo, Malpensa and Milan Linate. We'll pick you up. Easy peasy.

Hi, I'm Vincent Healy. An Irish man in Milan, well, not too far from. I get home to Dublin a couple of times a year and get shocked more and more every time that I do. It's the cost of living. I wouldn't be able to live on Italian money in Ireland. But living on Irish money in Italy, well that's easy! And that's where destination the ladder came about. I see countless young couples trying to save for a home but the goal posts keep changing and seem further and further away. We can host you in one of our luxury villas with dedicated work areas for less than the cost of rent in Dublin, but pretty much all of Ireland.
